This Privacy Policy explains how TREC Consulting LLC ("TREC," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, fill out one of our forms, or call our demo line for TREC AI, our AI receptionist service.

- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the type of business you run, and anything you write in a form. This includes forms on our website and lead forms on Facebook and Instagram.
- Calls to our demo line: when you call our demo number, the call is answered by our AI receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed so we can show how the service works and follow up with you.
- Information collected automatically: when you visit our website, we and our partners may collect basic device and usage information, such as your browser type, the pages you view and the ad that brought you to us, using cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel.
2. How we use your information
- To contact you about your request, including your demo.
- To set up, provide and support TREC AI if you become a customer.
- To send you information you asked for.
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising.
- To keep our services secure and to meet our legal obligations.
3. Calls and text messages
When you submit a form and give us your phone number, you agree that TREC may call or text you at that number about your request, including with automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or ask us to stop calling. Your agreement is not a condition of buying anything from us.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, phone and AI call services, email, and customer management tools, and only so they can do that work for us;
- with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to run and measure our ads;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others;
- as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
5. Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and how our ads perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires, and then we delete it or make it anonymous.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
